June Meeting Review
The last meeting of the club year for the Arts Department of the Woman’s Department Club was held beginning with a Noon Luncheon on Tuesday, June 23, in the farmhouse side-porch of Sycamore Farms, 5001 Poplar Street, Terre Haute. Following lunch, members and guests heard a representative from Maggie and Moe’s Flower Shop who gave a light-hearted demonstration lesson on the “Basics of Flower Arranging.” She made four different arrangements which became door prizes for four lucky recipients. The meeting provided some excellent information on how to arrange flowers and secure them in a container while also fostering warm interaction and fellowship!
